My infrastructure development life cycle consists of 3 key stages – Discovery, Implementation, and Support.
Step 1
Discovery
The Discovery stage includes infrastructure review, solution architecture, and roadmap creation.
During the initial meeting, I learn about your tech stack and your existing infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and pain points. The process involves close communication with developers and product owners to understand their specific needs and expectations.
Next, I present a solution to resolve your infrastructure bottlenecks and pain points. Then I organize it into a roadmap with defined tasks and planned delivery timelines.
Step 2
Implementation
The Implementation stage involves achieving the project goals defined in the roadmap.
According to the agreed plan, I allocate the necessary engineering hours to complete the roadmap on time.
I also act as a PM to organize my work, monitor progress, and report to you.
Step 3
Support
Once the main project is complete, I will remain available to provide maintenance and technical support.
The Support stage includes 24/7 incident management, system improvements and maintenance, service updates, technical consulting, and support.
I monitor your systems around the clock, identify failures, and take action to restore normal operation.
I also perform security patching and software updates, and provide technical consulting and support.
